Answers

1. Likely the panel has been rolled up for a long time or stored in a cold place. We suggest rolling the panel the reverse way for a while and store it in a warm place.

2. Only on a line system. The curve model panels are a different size on the back to the front.

3. No. There are approximately 2” narrower and have no stiffeners top and bottom (that black pvc strips)

4. Sam bars are the most common abbreviation for our pop-up self-aligning magnetic bars. These clip/snap onto the frame in order for the fabric/graphic panels to be placed.

5. No problem. Simply purchase 2 aluminum slotted Sam bars, the shelf and brackets and you’re there!

6. The panel needs to be modified with a custom cut. An extra Sam bar or bars may be required, and of course the shelf itself.

7. The best thing to do would be to place the missing Sam bars in the middle of the three at the back of the system (ie. Radius end cap). Put one at the top, an one at the bottom leaving the center barless.

8. Should the frame require fixing, send it back to us, and we will fix it for a small charge. However if it is a factory fault, no charge will be issued.

9. A 9 Quad, 100” wide x 89” high or a 12 Quad 120” wide x 89” high.

10. Between 5 and 10 minutes.

11. Two fabric textures, and 34 different colours.

12. Yes, internal and external shelf kits.

13. Yes, they are in show all over the world.

14. Yes, about 8 different models.

15. Yes, at no charge on most airlines.

16. 67 lbs for a 9 Quad complete with case.

17. Yes, that the advantage of our modular pop-up.

18. Yes, in limited colours and sizes.

19. It is recommended you cut the strut. Allowing you to then Affix a Sam bar and complete the assembly. Return the frames at the next convenient time and we will replace the struts(s) in question.
